Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability.
The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo, is approximately 85 km and takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Seats are subject to availability and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

12:30 – 14:30	Enjoy a delicious lunch at the respective dining area
14:30 – 16:30	Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch Craft and many others.
16:00 – 17:00	High tea at the respective dining area
17:00 – 17:30	Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience.
19:00 – 19:30	Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo
19:30 – 22:00	Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area
21:00 – 22:30	Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of any date change: ₹3000/- Per Tent + 18% (GST) will be charged, in addition to rate difference charges if any.
Booking can be made/processed under one main guest’s name, and that guest should be travelling.
60% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days to the scheduled arrival date.
Booking can be made/processed under one main guest’s name, and that guest should be travelling.
Note: In the absence of the named guest, name change charges of ₹1500 + 18% (GST) will be applicable.
Rates: Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST shall be charged as per applicable.
Triple occupancy: In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
